  4. Hello, i have Smartphone A1586 MG492CH/A(iPhone clone). My phone don’t work with iTune installed on my pc. I can’t install anything on my phone (The phone storage does not have enough space…)My pc show only 17MB of phone storage…When i check Phone storage space, there is 63 GB a free space?I don’t understand…
Is there any way to fix my problem? Please help

    • Hi Sany
Can you check on your phone where the space is gone? There should be some setting there which tells you where the space is being used. Which phone do you have?
General > usage > manage storage if you are on an iPhone.
      Cheers
      Matt

      • Thank you Matt.I checked , Total space (Phone internal storage)64GB,Available 32GB,Apps 32GB.
But when i try to install some Apps on my phone or when i make a picture/video with cam,I get a warning ”The phone storage does not have enough space”.So i can’t do anything except to make or receive calls. My phone is iPhone Model A1586.
        Cheers

          • Hello Matt,
there is no passcode. When i connect my phone(as USB storage) with pc,i have 2 removable disc with 0 bytes. If i try to open it i got message ”insert a disk into Removable Disc”.
When i connect my phone as Media device(MTP) i have only portable media player (benrui71_e_lca) with 17Mb phone storage.
I realized that my phone is China Android phone, not clone of iPhone…

  6. Hi 123 my it
    Thanks in advance
i’m still helpless with my iphone 5s A1457 .encountering error 50 while halfway of restoring on DFU mode.is this something to do with my internet connection ? because i have very slow connection.

    • Yes can be, so when installing the hone does a check with apple servers that it is allowed to install the firmware. Try a different computer try a different internet connection. Also make sure you have nothing blocking the connection like firewall or antivirus or pin code etc.
